Say Bismillah upon entry and greet your family with Salam — even if no one is home, greet yourself or say 'As-salamu 'alayna wa 'ala 'ibadillahi as-saliheen.' Mention Allah's name when entering and when eating, and shaytan loses his portion. A home where Allah is mentioned daily is protected.
