This is because gold is associated with the adornment of women in the dunya. • For a woman — gold (especially jewellery) is generally a positive sign indicating provision, a good marriage, blessings, and status. However, context modifies this: • Giving gold away (sadaqah) in a dream — positive for both men and women. • Finding gold coins — may indicate uncovering hidden knowledge or provision. • Gold that turns to dust — may indicate loss of status or the fleeting nature of worldly wealth. Al-Nabulsi adds that a golden throne or golden place indicates power and elevated status — but warns this must be earned through righteousness. Reflect on your current relationship with worldly wealth and make du'a for barakah (blessed provision).
